This will serve to have a positive effect and allow us to keep in regular contact with you during our contractual working relationship. After the event we may ask you to provide customer feedback and once this has been received, all e-mails between us are deleted.
Your personal details are held on a password protected computer in a secure location.
We do also securely store some paper records relating to your booking with us and these are retained and safeguarded for 6 years after your event in order to comply with our legal obligations, tax authority regulations and business accounting purposes.
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and store as paper records.
Sharing your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You will see testimonials on this website from clients who have used our services in the past and have kindly written to us, e-mailed us or posted reviews on other sites which we use (such as, but not limited to, Need a Disco, Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Freeindex. If you are happy to provide feedback and write a testimonial after your event we may share your comments on both this website and our social media accounts but we will ensure that no personally identifiable information is displayed. Your name will be used so that future clients can see that the feedback has come from a genuine past client. By providing feedback and writing a testimonial you are giving your consent for us to share your comments.
Social Media Policy & Usage
We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure that we conduct ourselves accordingly online. While we do have official profiles on social media platforms, users are advised to verify the authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for user passwords on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.
There may be instances where our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms. You use social sharing buttons at your own discretion and accept that doing so may publish content to your own social media profile feed or page.
Clients & Guests captured in photographs
In terms of explicit GDPR compliance, our clients and their guests are photographed within the parameters of GDPR legislation on the basis of ‘legitimate interests’. The taking of photographs of clients and their guests when viewed as a form of processing personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of Euphorix Mobile Disco as we offer a complimentary photography service and publish such photos in order to allow clients and their guests a platform on which they can be viewed and downloaded and also to promote our business. This will apply unless there is a good reason to protect a given individual’s personal data in order to promote our business and which overrides those legitimate interests.
Display of images
Withdrawal of consent
Anyone photographed by Euphorix Mobile Disco, whether a client or guest, and whether past or current may withdraw consent for a photograph in which they appear to be displayed. The process for this is to e-mail us at email@example.com specifying the photo or video in question. Pursuant to the request, Euphorix Mobile Disco will then remove the photo or video from online and printed display wheresoever it appears.
